This policy explains how KanduCurrent handles personal information submitted through kanducurrent.com. KanduCurrent is operated by Maldicore Group Pvt Ltd (registration number C-0282/2009), H. Hulhuleyge, Meheligoalhi, Malé, Republic of Maldives.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect:

• your full name
• your organization (optional)
• your email address
• your selected area of interest
• your message

To protect the form from spam and abuse, we also record a one-way coded value derived from your IP address and browser details. It is used only to limit repeated submissions and cannot be read back as your IP address.

Our hosting provider records basic visit statistics (such as pages viewed, device type and country). The website does not use advertising trackers or client-side analytics tools and does not set cookies.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information only to:

• read and respond to your enquiry
• follow up on potential collaboration you have asked about
• keep a record of our correspondence
• protect the website from spam and misuse

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We do not add you to mailing lists.

We process enquiry information because you chose to contact us and to protect the website from misuse.

Who can access it

Enquiries are stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible. A notification containing your enquiry is sent to our company mailbox, hello@kanducurrent.com. Access is limited to authorised KanduCurrent personnel.

We use the following service providers:

• Website hosting: Lovable, delivered through Cloudflare's global network.
• Enquiry storage: Lovable Cloud, with data stored in the European Union (Ireland).
• Email notifications: sent through Lovable's email service and received in our Google Workspace mailbox.

These providers may use their own subcontractors, which can process information in other countries. Website fonts are served from our own website, not from third-party font services.

We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 12 months from the date we receive them, unless a longer period is necessary for an active business relationship or a legal obligation. Enquiries are then deleted automatically from our enquiry database. Notification emails in our mailbox are deleted separately, in line with the same retention period. Deleted records may remain in routine database backups for up to about 14 days before those backups expire.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with access restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us. Email hello@kanducurrent.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have other rights under the law that applies to you.
